The Liddel

Century City condominiums sold February 2019 include 6 Condos sold.  Of those, 5 two bedroom and 1 three bedroom condos sold. They vary in price due to age of building, location, views, amenities, updates to the unit, square footage,etc. These are high rise and low rise buildings.

First, the two bedroom condos sold are in Century Towers, Park Place, Century Park East,and Le Parc. Pool, gym, tennis, and security entry are all part of Century City living. Additionally, prices vary from building to building. Secondly , the three bedroom with 5 bathrooms condo that sold this month is in the Century. The Century is one of Los Angeles luxury high rises. This condo sold for $5,970,000.00. They range in price from $659,000.00 with 853 square feet for a one bedroom-one bath condominium to $25,000.00 2 bedroom-5 bath with 5320 square feet condo. Sold Wilshire Corridor condos November 2018 include 18 sold. Most noteworthy, six one bedroom, nine 2 bedroom, and three 3 bedroom units sold. This month five of the condos sold were in the new “Liddel “building . Interestingly,I had appraisers call me for expertise asking if I thought the sales prices seemed high? I responded : ” there is a high demand for new construction condominiums in the area. Noteworthy, many people seek low rise buildings rather than high rise buildings. In addition, this building has very contemporary finishes and community rooms that consumers are seeking. The amenities are state of the art.”

Firstly, the one bedroom condominiums that sold varied in price from $630,000.00-$1,498,000. Furthermore, as mentioned in many previous monthly articles that I write about the Wilshire Corridor, price varies depending on the building, amenities, location, age of building, updates within a unit, location within the building etc.

Three One bedroom condominiums were sold this month in the Liddel. One condo sold in 10701 Wilshire .Additionally, two one bedroom condos sold  10751 Wilshire . (see more about the Liddel)   https://youtu.be/y6Ts7GnvW7I

Secondly, the nine two bedroom condominiums sold range from $725,000 to $2,395,000.00.  Two of the 2 bedroom condos sold were in 10560 Wilshire. They had interior upgrades and large square footage with unobstructed views. While 10560 is a building that was built in the 1982,  the staff is excellent and the building is well managed and maintained.Furthermore, the building has upgraded during the years that have passed and the condominiums are being updated. I know firsthand having lived in this building in the past. Thirdly, there are three 3 bedroom condos that sold this month. One is in 10790 Wilshire with 2749 sq feet sold for $2,150,000.00. Another is in 10724 Wilshire with 2943 sq feet selling for $1,725,000.00. Additionally 10450 Wilshire has a 3 bedroom with 2082 square feet that sold for $1,375,000.00
