First, when you buy a condo on the Wilshire Corridor, you focus on the price range you want and the number of bedrooms.  Furthermore, the age of the building, amenities, improvements, view, all have to do with price per square foot determining what your choices are.Also, the seven two bedrooms that sold varied in square footage and all of the above listed variables. 10777 Wilshire one of the newer buildings on the corridor had two bedrooms that sold just over $1,200,000.00.  Additionally, the 6th floor sold for almost double the price for a two bedroom at $2,198,000.00.

Secondly, the seven 3 bedroom condos that sold varied in price from $725,000 to $3,995,000. Most noteworthy, the 20th floor in the Remington with 3356 square feet sold for $3,995,000.00. 10380 Wilshire, La Tour, 3 bedroom with 3143 square feet sold for $3,401,000.00. Furthermore, that’s an average of $1,100 per square foot average in better quality buildings.

Century City condominiums sold February 2019 include 6 Condos sold.  Of those, 5 two bedroom and 1 three bedroom condos sold. They vary in price due to age of building, location, views, amenities, updates to the unit, square footage,etc. These are high rise and low rise buildings.

First, the two bedroom condos sold are in Century Towers, Park Place, Century Park East,and Le Parc. Pool, gym, tennis, and security entry are all part of Century City living. Additionally, prices vary from building to building. Secondly , the three bedroom with 5 bathrooms condo that sold this month is in the Century. The Century is one of Los Angeles luxury high rises. This condo sold for $5,970,000.00. Wilshire Corridor condominiums sold September 2018 include 9 condos. Of the 9 condos sold two were $10,000,0000.00 and upwards. The low-end of the prices for condos sold was $449,000.00 for a one bedroom, 2 bathroom with 882 sq ft. Similarly ,a one bedroom, 2 bathrooms condo with 869 sq ft sold for $580,000.00 at 10751 Wilshire Blvd.

First, buying a condo on the Wilshire Corridor usually includes a security building. Many buildings have valet parking, concierge, pool, and gym. Depending on your needs there is something for every buyer. Additionally, you are close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. Completed in 2009, this premiere luxury high rises has everything new and elegant. It is larger but an older building on the Wilshire Corridor.
